【 Season 】 If the temperature is high in summer, don't wear these pants anymore, they will make you infertile
Today, what are the effects of jeans on fertility?
The fabric of jeans is thick and tightly against the skin, with poor breathability and heat dissipation. The optimal temperature for the testicles to produce sperm is around 36 degrees Celsius, and as long as a person's body temperature approaches 40 degrees Celsius, it will affect sperm production and vitality. After testing, the temperature of the crotch after wearing jeans is exactly within this temperature range, especially in summer. High temperature hinders the production of sperm, so long-term wearing of jeans can affect male fertility.
Tight underwear and tight pants (including jeans) hinder the sagging of the testicles and bring them closer to the perineal and thigh tissues, thereby reducing the temperature difference between the scrotum and testicles and the core, similar to the situation where the testicles are not lowered. Meanwhile, jeans usually have thick fabric, which further hinders heat dissipation and increases scrotal temperature. Therefore, wearing tight underwear and tight pants may affect the production and quality of sperm, leading to male infertility.
However, this is only a theoretical speculation that the severity of thermal stress damage to sperm cells varies with the intensity, frequency, and duration of heat exposure.
According to research, improper wearing of jeans can also affect fetal development in pregnant women. In addition, it can also affect blood circulation in the lower limbs, so from a physiological and health perspective, it is better to wear less jeans.
Jeans are the trendy clothing nowadays, especially favored by young people. So how can they be worn without affecting fertility?
(1) Wearing jeans should alternate with other styles of clothing and pants.
(2) Wear soft, transparent, and hygroscopic underwear while wearing jeans. This way, the body temperature will not remain very high.
