Prostatitis is a complex pathological change involving inflammation, immunity and neuroendocrine of the prostate caused by a variety of complex causes and inducements, leading to diseases with urethral irritation and chronic pelvic pain as the main clinical manifestations. Here are some dietary remedies for prostatitis.
1. 60 grams of green beans and 30 grams of plantain seeds. Wrap the seeds of plantain with muslin, wash the green beans, put them in a pot and boil them with water, boil them with low heat until the beans are rotten, and then eat the seeds of plantain.

8. 60 grams of red bayberry are removed from the pit, mashed, and 250 ml of warm boiled water. Take it after mixing, twice a day.
9. 100 ml of fresh lotus root juice, 50 g of rock sugar, steamed twice a day.
10. 200g old luffa, roasted and ground, and served with sweet wine twice.
11. Wash 150g of water chestnut (with skin), chop and mash it, add 250ml of warm boiled water, stir and filter off the skin. Take juice twice a day.
12. Five fresh cucumber heads (the one without pedicle), taken with 250 ml of water and boiled juice, twice a day for seven days.
13. 50 grams of agaric, 100 grams of cauliflower, an appropriate amount of rock sugar, boiled with 1000 ml of water, and taken twice a day.
