Treatment of external genital itching
1. General treatment: Pay attention to menstrual hygiene and keep the external genitalia clean and dry. Avoid scratching, washing with hot water, and using soap. When infected, use potassium permanganate solution for sitz baths, ventilate underwear, and have a suitable width to avoid alcohol and spicy or allergic foods.
2. Etiological treatment: Trichomonas vaginitis can be treated with lead acetate solution or 3% boric acid solution for external washing, oral or vaginal medication. Miediling is taken orally, 0.2g each time, 3 times a day, for 7 consecutive days. Couples take it together, vaginal medication, once a night, 0.2-0.4g each time, for 7 consecutive days. Repeat treatment for 3 days after the next menstrual cycle is clean. If the test is negative for three consecutive times, it is considered cured. During the treatment period, sexual intercourse is prohibited and medication is not administered during menstruation. For fungal vaginitis, rinse the external genitalia with soda water, soda water, or 1/2000 bromogeramine, and use medication. 4% clotrimazole ointment and mold making ointment are both effective. They are used continuously for 7 nights and repeated 3 days after the next menstrual cycle is clean, a total of 3 times. Those who have tested negative for three consecutive vaginal secretions will be cured.
