It should be well known that men ejaculate during orgasm, but there are also people who have difficulty ejaculating.
Why is it difficult to ejaculate?
1. The elderly. When men get old, their penis needs more stimulation to cause ejaculation. Many men over the age of 40 have experienced a decrease in the urgency of ejaculation. In fact, men can have premature ejaculation at any age, but after the age of 40, most men realize that ejaculation often requires more friction and fantasy than before.
2. Drugs. Many drugs are related to erectile problems, especially alcohol, which may cause difficulty in ejaculation (see erectile dysfunction on page). Remember, taking these drugs does not necessarily cause difficulty in erecting or ejaculating. However, if your problem is or begins to take narcotic drugs, sleeping pills, barbiturates, antidepressants, antipsychotics, ulcers, and hypertension drugs, you must consider the impact of drugs. In fact, when symptoms appear soon after taking any drug, the effect of the drug should be considered.
3. Reproductive system infection. Prostatitis, gonorrhea and nonspecific urethritis may cause typical urination pain, ejaculation pain, and non-ejaculation caused by fear of pain
4. Acute life. When a man is older, especially after the age of 40, his hasty actions may not be enough to provide enough stimulation to cause ejaculation difficulties.
How to solve the difficulty of ejaculation?
1. Sexual education and sexual psychotherapy: Most functional ejaculatory patients can achieve immediate results by explaining sexual knowledge, eliminating adverse psychological effects and misconceptions, and providing sexual behavior guidance.
2. Electric vibration and electric stimulation therapy: about 50% of functional patients are cured at one time. Most patients can return to normal after repeated treatment. Francois and Brandley used electric vibration to treat patients with spinal cord injury: the success rate of cervical push injury was 90.9%, thoracic spine injury was 67.5%, and thoracolumbar spine injury was 22.2%. The successful rate of rectal insertion electrical stimulation in the treatment of non-ejaculation was 60.9%.
3. Medication: take 1 hour before sexual intercourse to α and β The receptor drug ephedrine is helpful to the recovery of ejaculatory function.
4. Other treatments: endocrine disorders or ejaculation disorders caused by drugs should be appropriately supplemented with hormones or stop taking drugs that affect ejaculation. Ejaculatory duct obstruction can be cut by endoscope.
