What are the symptoms of pointed warts with sharp dampness? How does pointed warts spread
Genital warts are considered a sexually transmitted disease and the most common sexually transmitted disease in today's society. Its infectivity is extremely strong, and its incidence rate is also high. The victims hurt themselves. Preventing genital warts is actually very simple, as long as you pay attention to the details of life, you can effectively prevent them.
What are the symptoms of genital warts
Firstly, initial symptoms
The moist area of the skin and mucosa near the external genitalia and anus is a common site for genital warts. Male genital warts are more common in the frenulum, coronal sulcus, foreskin, urethra, penis, perianal area, and scrotum, while female genital warts are more common in the labia minora, vaginal opening, vagina, cervix, perineum, and perianal area. In the early stages of genital warts, patients will not experience pain or itching, appearing as small reddish rashes or millet sized vegetation with soft properties and slightly pointed tips.
Secondly, symptoms during the onset period
As the symptoms of genital warts develop, the wart body gradually grows and can develop into papillary or cystic shapes, with a slightly wider or banded base and particles on the surface. Warts in hot and humid areas are usually filamentous or papillomatous, which can easily fuse into large pieces. The genital warts in the anal area are mostly cauliflower shaped and enlarged, with moist or bleeding surfaces. There is pus accumulation between the particles, which emits a foul odor. After scraping, the genital warts in the dry and low humidity areas can be secondary infected. The body is small and appears as flat warts.
Thirdly, later symptoms
In the later stage, the warts fuse with each other into various forms, with uneven surfaces, moist and soft in the shape of nipples, cauliflower, and chicken crowns. The roots have many stems, which are prone to erosion, exudation, and other conditions. Purulent secretions accumulate, and the foul smell is soaked in the secretions. The surface of the warts is mostly white, dark gray, or red, which is easy to bleed. The genital warts of the cervix are generally small, with clear boundaries, and a smooth or granular surface without typical papillary morphology.
The transmission route of genital warts
1. Contact transmission
Condyloma acuminatum is a sexually transmitted disease with a certain type of transmission. When patients come into contact with HPV pathogens, such as personal hygiene items such as underwear, towels, and public hygiene items such as bathtubs, they may come into contact with infection.
2. Self vaccination
The onset of genital warts can cause itching and pose great harm to patients. Many patients often scratch their affected areas, do not pay attention to hygiene, and come into contact with other parts of themselves after scraping, and are infected themselves.
