Prescription: Gentiana Xiegan Decoction plus 10 grams of Gentiana, 6 grams of Scutellaria baicalensis, 6 grams of Bupleurum chinense, 12 grams of Radix phellodendri, 6 grams of plantain, 10 grams of Alisma orientalis, 4 grams of rhubarb, 10 grams of Gardenia jasminoides, 6 grams of Mutong, and 6 grams of licorice.
2、 External treatment for prostatitis
1. Local hot water sitz bath, or the third decoction sitz bath with oral Chinese medicine, twice a day, half an hour each time.
2. The wild chrysanthemum suppository is inserted into the anus twice a day, one at a time.
3. Jinhuangsan 15-30g, a proper amount of taro powder and potato powder, 200ml of water, boiled into a thin paste, cold (43 ℃) and preserved for enema, once a day.
4. Local external application, such as red and swollen perineum, can be applied locally with Jinhuang ointment.
