Infertility is a big blow to a family who wants to have children, so it is very necessary to understand what causes it. Let's take a look.
1、 Smoking and alcohol stimulate. Many infertile patients have the habit of smoking and drinking, and the harmful substances in tobacco can reduce the secretion of sex hormones and kill sperm. Alcohol also reduces sperm quality.
2、 Improper diet. If women lose weight excessively and make their weight lower than the standard weight, they are prone to infertility. People who are partial to food are also prone to malnutrition and affect fertility.
3、 The influence of mental factors. Now we are living a rich life, but we are under great mental pressure. If a person's spirit is in a state of depression, tension, pessimism and anxiety for a long time, the central regulatory function of the cerebral cortex will not work properly, and the reproductive function of the ovary or testicle will also be impaired, increasing the possibility of infertility.
4、 Improper use of detergent. The chemicals contained in the detergent enter the human body through the skin, causing the fertilized egg cells to deform and die. Therefore, when using detergent, it is best to wear rubber gloves and wash clothes to avoid harmful chemicals left in clothes, especially underwear.
5、 Frequent hot bath. Don't think regular bathing is good for your health. You should know that testicular sperm production requires an environment that is 1 ℃ - 1.5 ℃ lower than the normal temperature of 37 ℃. High temperature of hot bath will reduce sperm quality. Wearing tights increases the temperature and pressure of the testicles. So try not to wear tights at ordinary times.
6、 Improper sex life. Frequent sexual life reduces the sperm contained in the semen injected during each sexual intercourse and reduces the chance of pregnancy. Irregular sexual life or frequent interruption of sexual intercourse can easily lead to aseptic prostatitis, affect semen composition, quantity, viscosity, pH, etc., and lead to infertility.
The above factors are actually influenced by many external factors. In addition to these factors, there are many, which can be divided into female reasons and male reasons.
The reasons for women are as follows: the first is ovulation disorders, including tubal abnormalities, tubal obstruction, hydrosalpinx, etc.; the second is uterine factors, including endometrial factors or uterine malformation factors; and the third is female immune factors. The reason for male is male dysfunction and abnormal sperm concentration and quality. In addition, there is another kind of infertility of unknown causes between men and women.
