There are many foods in the daily diet that have the effect of tonifying the kidney and strengthening yang. Men who want to be energetic may as well give it a try.
Step 1: Split a pair of pig kidneys, add 10 grams of walnut kernels, 9 grams of dogwood meat, and 8 grams of psoralen into the kidneys, sew the incision, and cook for consumption.
The second course: 150 grams of lamb, 120 grams of Huaiyam, 100 grams of cistanche, 150 grams of dodder seed, 150 grams of walnut kernels, 10 roots of scallion white, and an appropriate amount of japonica rice for soup.
Third course: 1 pair of sheep kidney, 12 grams of cistanche, 10 grams of wolfberry, 8 grams of morinda, 10 grams of cooked ground, stewed together, discarded medicine residue, meat and soup, once a day.
Fourth course: 50 grams of venison, add wolfberry, and a suitable amount of polygonum multiflorum, stew together, discard the medicine residue, eat meat and drink soup.
Fifth course: 10g dog whip, fried, once a night.
Sixth course: 250g dog meat, 50g black beans, mixed with salt ginger, five spice powder, and a small amount of sugar, cooked and consumed.
Step 7: One rooster, remove intestines, chop up, add oil, stir fry with salt, add 500 grams of glutinous rice wine in a bowl, steam over water and serve.
Step 8: Two sparrows, depilated and bony, with 25 grams of dodder seeds and 25 grams of wolfberry seeds each, cooked together, discard the medicinal residue, and eat meat and drink soup.
The ninth course: Chinese chive seeds, dodder seeds, schisandra chinensis, ligustrum lucidum seeds, raspberries, wolfberry seeds, each in equal portions, finely ground, 10 grams each time, twice a day, served with warm boiled water.
Step 10: One pig kidney, 15 grams of Huai yam, 15 grams of Chinese wolfberry fruit, 12 grams of cornus meat, put in a sand pot, add water to make a soup, eat meat and drink soup.
