Sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) are absolutely something that makes everyone cold. Having this disease not only affects the body, but also threatens the safety of life in serious cases. At the same time, many STDs cannot be eradicated so far. In addition, having a sexually transmitted disease is easy to associate people with unclean things, which will also damage personal reputation.
Here is a self-inspection standard for male sexually transmitted diseases. I hope you can refer to:
1. Urinary secretion: if there is purulent secretion at the mouth of the urethra, which is thick and yellow, especially in the morning, it may be acute gonorrhea; If there is a small amount of transparent sticky secretion at the urethral orifice, it may be non-gonococcal urethritis.
2. There will be itching in the urethra: men with this symptom are considered to be the early reaction of non-gonococcal urethritis or gonococcal urethritis.
3. Frequent urination, urgency, pain in urination, and redness and swelling of the urethral orifice: men with this symptom, if accompanied by painful erection of the penis at night, are usually considered as acute gonorrhea urethritis.
4. Vulval neoplasms: if multiple infiltrating, gray-white, flat and protruding papules or nodules are found in the vulva or around the anus, and are moist and prone to erosion, accompanied by odor, it is considered as flat condyloma; If there is a reddish or grayish brown, cauliflower-like or cockscomb shaped and pedicled wart in the vulva or around the anus, which is easy to bleed, it is considered as condyloma acuminatum; If a hemispherical papule with the size of rice grain is found around the anus or vulva, there is an umbilicus in the center, the surface has waxy luster, and the top can be broken to extrude cheese like substance, it should be considered as an infectious soft wart.
5. Vulval ulcer: if it is a round ulcer, cartilaginous hard, painless, single, it is usually considered as hard chancre (syphilis); If the ulcer is soft, the edge is serrated, shallow, accompanied by pain, and often accompanied by pus moss, it is considered as chancre; If the ulcer evolves from clustered blisters, which are soft and painful, it is usually considered as genital herpes.
6. Skin rash all over the body: if there is a light red macula or dark red papule all over the body, it is not painful or itchy, and the palms and plantars can be seen together. Cuff like desquamation can be seen around the rash on the palms and plantars, which is mostly considered as stage II syphilitic rash.
If a man finds that his reproductive organs have the above conditions, no matter how much or how little, please go to a doctor for examination in time to avoid delaying or worsening the condition.
