People who can use five different foods for contraception have different methods at different times
People have different contraceptive methods at different times, and the methods we use are also different. Nowadays, there are various contraceptive methods, but each person's system is different, so the contraceptive methods they choose are also different. Therefore, it is necessary to choose the one that is suitable for oneself.
People's methods vary at different times
(1) Newly married couples: Male condoms, it is best for women to take short-acting oral contraceptives.
There is a principle for choosing contraceptive methods for newlyweds: firstly, they are safe and reliable, with good contraceptive effects. Secondly, they have no side effects, will not affect physical health, and will not affect sexual enjoyment. Finally, after stopping contraception, production capacity can recover quickly. According to this principle, there are two contraceptive methods suitable for newlyweds: condoms and oral short acting contraceptives. The bride's menstrual cycle can be distinguished between safe and dangerous periods by measuring basic body temperature, observing changes in vaginal discharge, and choosing the "safe period condom" method to experience the truth and increase love on safe days. Due to the first sexual encounter between couples, their emotions are quite tense, and newlyweds have a tight vagina, making it unsuitable to wear an intrauterine device or vaginal diaphragm. Newlyweds may have a desire to have children soon, and those who want to conceive after six months should not use long-term contraceptives (needles). Due to the use of long-term contraceptive pills, pregnancy can occur six months after discontinuing the medication. Otherwise, it will be detrimental to the fetus.
(2) Visiting couples: Male condoms are better for women to take visiting contraceptive pills. Contraception during safe periods should not be used. When separated couples meet, their emotions are excited, and there are many "improvised ovulation" and "premature ovulation". The calculation during the safe period is incorrect, and it is easy to fail contraception.
(3) Breastfeeding women: Male condoms, it is best for women to add contraceptive cream to the vaginal diaphragm.
New mothers during lactation should choose contraceptive methods that do not affect breastfeeding, are harmless to their babies, and have satisfactory contraceptive effects. Condoms are still a more suitable choice. If the uterus returns to normal after 42 days postpartum, intrauterine device insertion can also be chosen as a long-term contraceptive method. However, women who use this method of contraception must undergo regular examinations and seek medical attention as soon as possible in cases of irregular bleeding, increased vaginal discharge, delayed menstruation, and abdominal pain. External use of vaginal ointment does not affect milk secretion, and it also plays a lubricating role in the vagina with relatively reduced secretion during lactation. Oral contraceptives should not be used. Contraceptives containing estrogen can affect the secretion of milk, and changing the composition of milk can affect the development of infants. Simple pregnancy hormone contraceptives theoretically have no adverse effects on breastfeeding, but it is unclear whether they have long-term effects on children and should not be chosen.
