Most people believe that urine is the "garbage" excreted by the human body, but in fact, it is not. It is a "barometer" for detecting men's health status. So what is the relationship between men's urination and health? What aspects should men pay attention to when urinating?
1、 The color of urine
Healthy urine should be light yellow, transparent, and free from sedimentation or turbidity.
2、 Urination frequency
It should not exceed 8 times a day. 7 times during the day and 1 time at night, which is the optimal ratio. However, individual water consumption varies, and it is normal to urinate 4-6 times during the day. In theory, a person should not urinate more than 8 times per day. If you don't drink much water at night but keep getting up late, you should pay attention to your illness.
3、 Urine output
1500 milliliters per day. Our daily urine output should be around 1500 milliliters, but due to people's different water intake, as long as the daily urine output is more than 400 milliliters and less than 3000 milliliters, there is no problem.
4、 Urinary bifurcation
If a man experiences urinary bifurcation, it is mainly due to obstruction of the urethra or urethral opening. For example, holding urine can increase pressure inside the bladder, and excessive force during urination can temporarily change the shape of the urethral opening, causing urinary bifurcation. If there is persistent and frequent urinary bifurcation, it is necessary to go to the hospital for examination.
5、 Don't sit down immediately
If a man sits down immediately after urination, it can cause residual urine to flow back, giving bacteria in the urethra a a chance to trigger prostatitis. After urination, you can use your fingers to squeeze the perineum between the scrotum and anus, which helps to expel residual urine from the bladder and has certain benefits for treating chronic prostatitis.
