3. Develop good lifestyle habits
Many men may experience chronic diseases during the stage of sexual impotence, such as cognitive impairment, mental system disorders, or tertiary disorders. At this stage, focus on physical health, strictly follow the doctor's instructions for medication, learn to do self-monitoring, regularly go to the hospital for follow-up, actively prevent complications, arrange three meals a day reasonably, develop good dietary habits, control calorie intake, avoid eating high fat and high sugar foods, and eat more green leafy vegetables, fruits, and high-quality protein. Drink at least 1500 milliliters of water per day. Pay more attention to rest and ensure sufficient sleep.
