Seven factors of male infertility
1. Stay up late for a long time
The human biological clock dominates the endocrine system, and some studies have shown that the endocrine system is vigorous at night. The same is true for spermatogenesis, which occurs mainly at night. If you do not have a rest, it can disrupt your biological clock. In the long run, endocrine disorders can easily cause difficulties in the production of semen.
2 High temperature environment
Sperm is particularly sensitive to high-temperature environments. Under normal physiological conditions and environments, the temperature of the scrotum is required to be above 3 ℃ below body temperature, and the temperature of the testis and epididymis located in the scrotum is also significantly lower than body temperature. Increasing the temperature of the scrotum, testis, and epididymis may cause obstacles to sperm production and maturation.
3 Radiative Disturbance
Sperm is very afraid of radiation, such as radio waves, microwaves, infrared rays, ultraviolet rays, ultrasound, and lasers, which can affect male spermatogenesis. It is important for friends to avoid exposure to these radiation substances as much as possible and maintain a cheerful mood.
Smoking and drinking
Smoking and drinking are one of the reasons that slowly cause infertility in patients. The longer you smoke and drink, the less sperm you may have, and the slower your mortality rate will increase. Because nicotine and alcohol have a powerful killing power, this can have a significant impact on sperm.
5 Environmental pollution
On the surface, cities appear prosperous and modern, but what they pay for is a sharp increase in certain diseases. Urban pollution is serious, for example, car exhaust contains a large number of harmful substances, which long-term exposure affects reproductive health. Urban noise is also a type of environmental pollution. Noise stimulation can affect the function of the human neuroendocrine system, causing endocrine disorders, leading to abnormalities in male semen and sperm.
6 Mental tension
Social competition is fierce, and long-term high mental tension is one of the main causes of male infertility. Mental stress can easily lead to endocrine disorders. Because the neuroendocrine system plays an important role in the reproductive process, any interference with the neuroendocrine balance may have adverse effects on reproductive function.
7 Tight underwear
Tight underwear not only compresses the male reproductive organs, affecting the normal development of the testicles, but also is not conducive to the survival of sperm due to its lack of ventilation and heat dissipation.
