Many men will feel that it is a shame that they suffer from andrology diseases, so even if their body appears, they are embarrassed to go to the hospital for timely and effective treatment, which will aggravate the disease and is not conducive to future treatment. When male glans inflammation occurs, the patient is very painful. This disease is foreskin adhesion, but many patients are not sure of this disease. The patient should be diagnosed and treated in time, but how should the patient be diagnosed?
Methods for diagnosis of prepuce adhesion:
Method 1. The disease can be examined by direct microscopy, and the scales on the surface of the penis glans, coronal groove or prepuce can be scraped as the specimen to be examined. The samples to be examined were prepared with potassium hydroxide or physiological saline of a certain concentration. Under the microscope, groups of oval-shaped spores and pseudohyphae could be seen. If more pseudohyphae were found, it means that Candida is at the stage of disease.
Method 2. Use staining to detect diseases, and also use Gram staining, Congo red staining or PAS staining for microscopic examination after staining. The positive rate is higher than that of direct microscopic examination. Gram staining, spores and pseudohyphae dyed blue, Congo red and PAS staining, spores and pseudohyphae dyed red.
Method 3. Through isolation and culture observation, patients with negative smear examination can be cultured for candida. Under sterile conditions, inoculate the tested sample on Sabouraud medium. Generally, the test tube method is used for culture. During inoculation, the test tube culture medium shall be cut a little obliquely, and each tube shall be inoculated at 2 to 3 places, and each sample shall be inoculated in 2 tubes. After incubating the culture medium in a 37 ℃ incubator for 24 to 48 hours, a large number of milky white colonies can be seen to grow. Use the inoculation needle to pick a small amount of colony smears, direct microscopic examination or microscopic examination after staining, a large number of spores can be seen, which can be preliminarily diagnosed as Candida infection.
Method 4. Candida albicans antibody can be detected by double immunodiffusion or latex coagulation.
