Sexual dysfunction refers to the five stages of male sexual activity, such as libido, penis erection, sexual intercourse, orgasm, ejaculation, etc., in which one stage or some stage or the whole stage is abnormal, affecting the normal progress of sexual activity. The factors of sexual dysfunction are mainly divided into biological factors, psychological factors and cultural factors. Especially psychological factors are more important. The more direct psychological factors that affect sexual function mainly include:

Sexual anxiety caused by fear of sexual failure may be the most common cause of impotence, while inappropriate demands on sexual ability or excessive demands on the other party for sexual life are also the basic causes of sexual dysfunction.
2. Influence and contradiction of past sexual experience
If a person is strictly controlled, punished, treated or injured in the past sexual experience, it will leave psychological damage that is difficult to eliminate and easy to form conditioned reflex.
3. The effect of interpersonal tension on sexual function

4. Psychological oppression caused by various external factors
Psychological oppression can also affect functions, such as fast-paced modern life, busy work and housework, disharmony of interpersonal relationships, competition and frustration at work, personal education level and social status, which give people psychological pressure.
5. Organic cause
There are also organic reasons for sexual dysfunction. When diagnosing sexual dysfunction, chronic inflammation of sexual organs, trauma, diseases of related nervous system and other related physical diseases must be excluded. Some endocrine diseases, long-term use of some drugs, symptoms, anxiety neurosis and other mental diseases may cause dysfunction.
The main clinical manifestations include sexual apathy, sexual aversion, and hyperactivity.
2. Penile erectile dysfunction
Including positive diseases, unstable penile erection, abnormal penile erection, etc.
3. Sexual intercourse disorder
It includes sexual syncope, sexual aphasia, sexual epilepsy, sudden sexual death, sexual phobia, chicken sperm disease, etc.
4. Ejaculatory disorder
Including premature ejaculation, ejaculation, non-ejaculation, retrograde ejaculation, ejaculation pain, blood sperm, etc.
