Principle 3: The treatment principle is determined by the age of the spouse
The treatment of male infertility must take into account the age of the woman. The fertility of women aged 35 is only 50% of that of women aged 25. At 38, it decreases to 25%, and over 40, it decreases to 5%.
Principle 4: Medication should be used first, followed by in vitro infant technology

Principle 6: Adhere to continuous medication for 3-6 months
According to the sperm production cycle, the duration of drug treatment is generally 3 months, which is a course of treatment for male infertility. Every month of treatment, a semen review is conducted to compare the quality of semen before and after treatment. If one to two courses of treatment are passed, the effective person can continue to take medication to make his wife pregnant; If one to two courses of treatment have no effect, it is necessary to consider ending drug treatment and choosing in vitro infant technology. For severe oligospermia with ineffective treatment, drug treatment should not exceed 12 months, and it is recommended to choose IVF technology as soon as possible.
