Amenorrhea examination
1. Vaginal exfoliative cell examination: A commonly used method for understanding estrogen levels. After soaking in physiological saline with a cotton swab, remove the detached cells from the lateral wall of the upper section of the vagina, apply them on glass, fix and stain them, and observe the proportion of cells in the surface, middle, and bottom layers. The higher the proportion of surface cells, the higher the estrogen level.
