Nowadays, many families want to have children, but they lose the opportunity to be fathers because they cannot bear children. Male infertility is not an independent disease, but a relatively complex clinical syndrome. The decline in male fertility caused by various factors leads to female infertility. Male infertility patients are most concerned about the treatment of infertility.
Treatment for male infertility:
1. Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy for primary male infertility refers to the use of psychological methods to relieve patients' psychological pressure and incompetence. Psychologists use verbal methods to achieve the purpose of treatment. Changes in mental mood can affect pregnancy, and in turn infertility can lead to changes in mental mood. For example, infertile couples who do not receive psychological treatment and cannot control their own feelings and emotions may also cause a vicious cycle of infertility. Psychotherapy has a variety of different therapies, desensitization therapy, hypnotherapy, and complementary medication.
2. Obstruction of vas deferens
Vascular obstruction is not an independent disease, but a symptom caused by multiple diseases. When treating primary male infertility with obstruction of the vas deferens, treatment should first be targeted at the primary disease, such as anti-inflammatory, anti-tuberculosis, anti-tumor, etc. Alternatively, the blockage can be removed and the broken end anastomosis performed. In some cases, sperm can be directly extracted from the epididymis for artificial fertilization.
3. Keep the temperature inside the scrotum low
The temperature of the scrotum is 2-3 ℃ lower than the temperature in the body. Do not increase the temperature of the scrotum. For long periods of sedentary work, long-distance drivers, and those who like to wear tight pants, the heat dissipation of the scrotum can be affected, resulting in a local temperature increase. Therefore, the first two types of people should regularly stand up or get off for activities.
4. Immunotherapy
Using surgery to remove local lesions of the reproductive tract, reduce the production of antisperm antibodies, and use immune agents can achieve good results. This is also a treatment for male infertility.
