Three factors inducing chronic prostatitis
Although the etiology of chronic prostate has not been thoroughly studied, it is related to the following three factors:
1. Prostate hyperemia: Prostate hyperemia is caused by various reasons, especially passive hyperemia.
① Abnormal sexual life: Excessive sexual life, forced interruption of sexual intercourse, forced interruption of sexual intercourse or excessive masturbation will lead to abnormal hyperemia of the prostate. Excessive control of sexual life can also lead to long-term automatic excitation and passive congestion.
② Direct compression of perineum: cycling, horseback riding, and long sitting can cause prostate congestion, especially cycling.
③ Drinking: Drinking will cause genital congestion and sexual excitement.
④ Excessive massage: excessive or frequent prostate massage can make the prostate hyperemia, which is iatrogenic prostate hyperemia.
⑤ Cold: After the prostate gets cold, it can cause sympathetic nerve activity, increase the internal pressure of the urethra, hinder excretion, and produce stasis congestion.
2. Microbial infection: bacteria, protozoa, molds, viruses, mycoplasma, chlamydia and other microorganisms can become infectious pathogens, but bacteria are the most common. Bacterial invasion includes: ① infection focus can be found in more than 90% of bacterial prostatitis. ② Lymphatic infection, lower urinary tract organs, colon and proctitis can infect the prostate through lymph. ③ Bacteria in the urethra can directly cause prostate infection.
3. Psychosomatic medical factors: About half of the patients with chronic prostatitis have different levels of mental symptoms, and 1%~5% of them have suicidal tendencies, especially the patients who seek medical treatment in many ways and cannot recover for a long time. Sometimes the mental pain greatly exceeds the impact of the disease itself.
