Beware of carcinogens in foods that cause prostate cancer; keep away from alcohol to prevent prostate cancer
Prostate cancer is the tumor disease with the highest incidence rate among men. Large cities are major disaster areas for prostate cancer. The incidence rate of prostate cancer has increased more than 10 times in the past 20 years. Prostate cancer has become a fatal killer of male health.
Causes of prostate cancer
1. High fat liver diet
Excessive fatty liver intake, especially saturated fatty acid intake, has long been considered not only as a high risk factor of cardiovascular disease, but also as a risk factor of prostate cancer. High fat liver diet can increase the level of circulating androgen, which has long been considered as the main factor of prostate cancer.
2. Carcinogenic factors in foods
Several epidemiological studies have shown that prostate cancer is positively correlated with the intake of aromatic amines. Aromatic amines are produced when cooking foods with high protein content at high temperature, especially fish. Prostate tissue can metabolize and activate these carcinogens. Daily intake of aromatic amines is a risk factor for prostate cancer.
3. Drink milk regularly
The aetiological study of WHO and 41 countries' statistical data shows that the non-fat components in milk have a high relationship with the mortality of prostate cancer at the age of 56-74. Because foreign men have a stronger habit of drinking milk than Chinese men, this is one of the reasons why foreign men have more prostate cancer than Chinese men. Some studies believe that milk intake is related to prostate cancer and plays a role through calcium.
Prevention of prostate cancer
1. Moderate sex life
Excessive sex and masturbation can damage the prostate. For example, newly married men are prone to prostatitis, which is mostly related to excessive prostate hyperemia caused by excessive sexual life. On the contrary, long-term abstinence and no outlet of sexual impulse are also harmful to the prostate. Men should learn to have regular sex life and regularly discharge prostate fluid.
2. Stay away from alcohol
Alcohol has a strong stimulation on the prostate, which can cause vasodilation, hyperemia and edema of the prostate. Long-term alcohol consumption can reduce the resistance of the prostate, which is conducive to the growth and reproduction of the prostate colony, causing acute and chronic prostatitis, and long-term chronic inflammatory stimulation increases the risk of cancer.
3. Moderate exercise
The physiological position of the prostate determines that men are "sitting" on the prostate to a large extent, so long sitting will lead to major problems. Men who are office workers, computer workers and drivers should strengthen physical exercise, and also pay attention to getting up and exercising during the long sitting period to reduce the pressure on the prostate.
4. Drink more water and urinate frequently
Water is the source of life. Because of the busy work, sometimes it is very common to not drink water for half a day, but not drinking water will inevitably make urine concentrate, reduce the number of urination, some people have the habit of inhibiting urine, further aggravate urine concentration, and even cause urine reflux, which is bad for the prostate. Therefore, drinking more water and urinating are good for prostate health.
