4. Dumbbell press
Function: Exercise the lower part of the lateral wing of the pectoralis major and the lower marginal groove.
Main points: lie flat on the bench, hold the dumbbell with palms of both hands relative to the straight arms. When lowering, the palms gradually move forward to both sides of the shoulder, use the contraction of pectoralis major muscle to push up until the arms are straight, and then slowly reset.
Breathing method: inhale with nose when pushing up, and exhale with mouth when reducing.
Precautions: When lowering, the palm gradually moves forward to both sides of the shoulder. At this time, the arms should be naturally drooped, the hand and elbow face should be perpendicular to the ground, and the triceps brachii should not exert force actively when pushing up.
5. Better not smoke
Smoking increases the risk of cardiovascular disease, lung cancer and respiratory diseases. To be healthy, it is best to quit smoking.
