Why would you accidentally get pregnant even after wearing a condom? What are the factors that lead to unexpected pregnancy
Condoms are commonly used contraceptives. They can not only prevent sperm from combining with eggs, but also prevent the spread of sexually transmitted diseases such as AIDS and gonorrhea. Compared to other contraceptive methods, condoms are convenient to use and have no side effects. As long as condoms are used correctly, the success rate of contraception can reach 100%. But in some cases, even if a roommate wears a condom, unexpected pregnancy may occur because they have not done a good job in small details.
Why would you accidentally get pregnant even if you were wearing a condom?
1. The model of the condom is not suitable
During sexual activity, a condom that is too large may fall off inside the female vagina, while a condom that is too small can cause rupture, allowing semen to flow into the vagina, leading to unintended pregnancy. In fact, there are also models and sizes of condoms. Generally, Chinese men can choose the medium size. Always using too tight condoms will cause penis ischemia, resulting in hypoxia of penis tissue and nerves, which will cause male Erectile dysfunction over time. If too wide a condom is used, there is also a certain risk because it is not suitable, which can increase the contact area between the penis and vagina, and semen may overflow, reducing contraceptive effectiveness and increasing the risk of sexually transmitted diseases.
2. There is a problem with the quality of condoms
Choosing low-quality condoms for a temporary advantage without careful examination during sexual activity can lead to contraceptive failure due to loopholes in condoms. When wearing a condom, accidentally scratching the nail can cause the ultra-thin condom to fail. Excessive sexual activity can lead to condom rupture, leading to contraceptive failure.
3. Not mastering the correct operating methods
More than 70% of men do not squeeze out the air from the front before wearing a condom. During sexual activity, the air inside the bladder may expand due to heat, or the pressure inside the bladder may increase after ejaculation, causing the condom to rupture. Semen can flow into the vagina, increasing the risk of unintended pregnancy.
4. Failure to remove the condom in a timely manner after ejaculation
After ejaculation, some men did not remove the condom directly from the vagina before the penis became weak, resulting in semen overflowing into the vagina and causing unexpected pregnancy. Because the penis becomes weak and smaller after ejaculation, the rubber band at the condom mouth loses its function.
5. Wearing a condom just before ejaculation
Many men, due to the impact of wearing a condom on their sensitivity, wait until they are about to ejaculate before wearing a condom. This is simply a foolish practice. Because a small amount of semen enters the urethra before ejaculation, any viable sperm will combine with the egg, causing contraceptive failure.
