The trouble caused by phimosis
Premature ejaculation:

Encapsulated phimosis:
Another type of phimosis, called incarcerated phimosis, is when the foreskin is pulled to the glans and becomes stuck, unable to restore its original position on its own. At this point, venous reflux is blocked, causing local edema and even necrosis. Therefore, for children with foreskin, if there are phimosis, incarcerated phimosis, and repeated inflammation of the foreskin, measures must be taken to solve the problem of foreskin phimosis.
"When young, it is easier to keep the inner surface of the foreskin clean. When older, with slightly poor eyesight and less flexible hands and feet, local hygiene may not be easy to maintain.". Therefore, when young, if there is phimosis or incarcerated phimosis, it should even be treated.
Inflammation:
If the outlet of the foreskin is too narrow, it forms a so-called phimosis. During urination, the foreskin will bulge like a balloon, causing difficulty and pain in urination. It is also more likely to cause eczema, inflammation of the foreskin and glans, and urinary tract infections.
