Why is sexual satisfaction higher at the age of 50 than at the age of 20? One article takes you to understand
We believe that men's sexual ability has been declining year by year since the age of 30, and by the age of 40, they will sigh. However, the latest study published in the British International Journal of Urology shows that there are two peaks in men's sexual satisfaction throughout their lives, one around the age of 20 and the other around the age of 50. In addition, sexual satisfaction in the 50s is higher than in their youth.
Firstly, it should be emphasized that men's libido, erection hardness, duration, and ejaculation ability will decrease in the middle-aged and elderly stages. However, their sexual satisfaction will actually increase due to a decrease in performance.
Professor Sofeversa from the University of Oslo in Norway, who participated in this study, said that our research results indicate that even as men age, their function deteriorates, which does not necessarily mean a decrease in sexual satisfaction.
Professor Fossa conducted an anonymous questionnaire survey on 1185 Norwegian men aged 20-79. There are many middle-aged and elderly participants, with 41% receiving hypertension
Professor Fossa stated that people over the age of 50 have not lost their enthusiasm and hope to be stimulated and enjoyed in sexual life. Moreover, people of this age group have a better understanding of their bodies and are not as surprised by their appearance as they were when they were young, so they rarely worry and have a spirit of adventure when having sex. They have a better understanding of what they like and dislike in bed. In addition, without the worry of pregnancy, elderly couples are more likely to be open and enjoy the passion of sex.
According to the results of the sexual satisfaction survey, experts ranked the sexual satisfaction of people of all ages: 20 years old; 50 years old; 40 years old; 30 years old; 60 years old; 70 years old.
