Who is the culprit causing male erectile dysfunction? These factors can easily trigger erectile dysfunction
Male erectile dysfunction (ED) is a major obstacle for people to achieve sexual pleasure, and its causes are also complex. Recently, the American journal Prevention reported on 10 special factors that cause erectile dysfunction.
1. Engaging in high-intensity work. According to a survey in the United States, men who work in environments that are prone to depression and anxiety, such as food servers, medical staff, firefighters, and police officers, often face problems such as smoking and alcohol abuse. Taking antidepressants again can increase the risk of erectile dysfunction. Dr. Justin, a professor at the Human Sexuality Research Center at the University of Wieden in the United States, stated that anxiety and depression are the main psychological factors leading to erectile dysfunction.
Solution: Don't pay too much attention and make relaxation the top priority.
2. The influence of regional factors. The survey shows that in the United States, the incidence rate of ED varies greatly from region to region. In regions with high incidence rate, most of the patients are older than 60 years old. In regions with low incidence rate, most of the young patients are related to regional living habits and climate. However, research shows that the incidence rate of erectile dysfunction in young people is on the rise.
Solution: Understand what common diseases are in your area, what are the causes, and actively take measures to prevent them.
3. There is too much pornographic content. American registered physician Mohammed stated that excessive pornography can lead to psychological problems. Research has shown that excessive pornography can alter brain mechanisms and even lead to addiction. If you are not stimulated like in pornographic movies, you will not be sexually aroused.
Solution: Abandon shyness, honestly tell your spouse about watching pornographic movies, and actively consult a sex therapist.
4. Poor cleaning of teeth. Israeli researchers have found that over 15% of ED patients also suffer from periodontitis, compared to only 2% of healthy men who do not suffer from ED. Other studies have found that oral inflammation can lead to a decrease in endothelial nitric oxide synthase, which can generate nitric acid and regulate blood flow. If blood flow is not smooth, men will find it difficult to be aroused sexually.
Solution: Adhere to flossing your teeth and maintain oral hygiene.
5. Eating too much salt. Eating too much salt can pose a risk of cardiovascular disease and is a common cause of erectile dysfunction. Cardiovascular diseases are often accompanied by hypertension and high cholesterol, leading to vascular sclerosis, poor blood flow, and an increased risk of stroke. Stroke can damage the nervous system within the genitalia. Solution: Strengthening exercise can comprehensively improve health, including improving blood circulation within the genitalia.
