What's wrong with men not ejaculating? How to treat non ejaculation with traditional Chinese medicine
Many people have the phenomenon of not ejaculating in their rooms in real life. For male friends, panic, depression, and lingering anxiety are psychological illnesses for many men. What are the reasons why men do not ejaculate? There are three different situations of not ejaculating.
What's wrong with men not ejaculating?
1. During sexual activity, men do not have orgasms, and ejaculation and semen do not overflow. This is because the cerebral cortex is dysfunctional and the inhibitory process on the lower central nervous system is prevalent.
2. Men have high sexual desire during sexual activity, but there is no ejaculation or semen overflow, which is due to the functional failure of the sacral bone marrow ejaculation center.
3. Men experience orgasm and ejaculate during sexual activity, but do not have semen. This is caused by the uncoordinated function of the ejaculatory center, which is common in autonomic dysfunction such as diabetes.
In normal physiology, ejaculation is a complex action under the control of nerves. When men have sexual impulses, they first become excited in the sacral spinal cord erection center, and the penile erection is firm. During sexual intercourse, sexual impulses become more severe through contact and friction between the genitalia of both parties. After accumulating to a certain extent, the ejaculatory center becomes excited, and smooth muscles such as the seminal vesicle and ampulla of the vas deferens, which store semen, undergo paroxysmal strong contractions. Semen passes through the narrow ejaculatory duct and ejaculates at high speed out of the posterior urethra. At the same time, the bladder neck sphincter contracts, the urethral opening closes, and semen is discharged in one direction
How does traditional Chinese medicine treat non ejaculation?
① Sexual education: Patients and their spouses should receive sexual knowledge education, clarify the causes of dysfunction, actively assist women, and provide psychological guidance.
② Psychological therapy: Under the guidance of a doctor, comprehensive treatments such as sexual concentration therapy, psychotherapy, and hormone cooperation are used.
③ Medication treatment: Taking 50mg of hydrochloric acid 30 minutes before sexual intercourse can enhance the smooth muscle contraction of the vas deferens and promote ejaculation, but it is ineffective in patients with hypertension, coronary heart disease, and hyperthyroidism.
④ Electric massage: suitable for those who have failed the above treatment. Electric current causes the head of the instrument to vibrate, stimulate the glans and coronal sulcus area, and after about 3-6 minutes, orgasm and ejaculation occur. This artificially induced ejaculation can make the patient feel the sensation of ejaculation and establish a normal ejaculation reflex.
