Symptoms of postpartum menstrual irregularities
1. Early menstruation: Long term menstrual irregularities greatly affect anemia and miscarriage in women, affecting future pregnancies.

After giving birth, mothers should pay attention to reasonable regulation, not only paying attention to the quantity of food, but also choosing the hard, cold, hot, and variety of food. After giving birth, one should not eat stimulating foods such as raw, cold, sour, and spicy foods. Drink plenty of hot water to ensure smooth bowel movements. People with blood fever should eat more fresh fruits and vegetables before menstruation, and avoid consuming stimulating substances such as scallions, garlic, leeks, and ginger to transport heat. People with qi and blood deficiency must increase nutrition at ordinary times, such as milk, eggs, soybean milk, pig liver, spinach, pork, chicken, mutton, etc. They should avoid eating raw and cold fruits.
3. Emotional regulation
Emotional regulation is also a major cause of standing, as nervousness and unease can lead to ovarian dysfunction. Therefore, new mothers should maintain a happy spirit and avoid mental stimulation and emotional fluctuations. Some new mothers have normal symptoms such as abdominal distension, low back pain, breast distension, mild diarrhea, fatigue, drowsiness, emotional instability, irritability, and susceptibility to depression during menstruation, without the need for excessive tension.
