1. Differential diagnosis of acute bacterial prostatitis

The rectal finger examination showed no tenderness of the prostate, and the prostatic fluid examination was normal.

(3) Prostate abscess: also manifested as acute cold and fever. Frequent urination, urgency and pain in urination are the result of the development of acute prostatitis. The rectal ultrasound and CT examination showed that there was liquid occupation in the prostate. Puncture and aspiration of pus can make a clear diagnosis.
