There are white cheese-like spots on the inner plate of the foreskin and the coronal groove of the glans. The glans has pinprick-sized reddish papules. Scaly erythema can be seen when the foreskin and scrotum are invaded. The accumulation of the navicular fossa includes frequent urination and pain in urination. There is burning sensation and itching in some parts. For patients with candida allergy, the penis itches and burns after several hours of unclean sexual intercourse, and the foreskin and glans are red. Occasionally, fulminant edematous prepuce balanitis may occur. The main manifestations are obvious edema and itching of the prepuce of the penis, and shallow ulcer. The prepuce balanitis caused by drug allergy is a delayed type of abnormal prepuce balanitis.

Prepuce balanitis is a common disease in men. In recent years, the number of adult patients with prepuce balanitis has increased significantly, which is related to people's open sexual attitudes, increased extramarital behavior and abuse of various detergents. Having dirty sex increases the chance of infection. In order not to infect sexually transmitted diseases, people often use external disinfectants and anti-inflammatory detergents to clean and disinfect the vulva.
