Before dialysis
Relax, eliminate fear, and actively face the disease. In order to avoid cross infection, the dialysis room is not allowed to be accompanied. The patient must change the special slippers or shoe covers for the dialysis room when entering the dialysis room. Before treatment, the patient must weigh the weight, measure the blood pressure, breath and pulse, so that the doctor can implement the treatment plan according to the vital signs. After the patient signs on the dialysis treatment sheet, the dialysis treatment sheet is brought to the dialysis unit. Outpatients should bring the blue medical record folder, and inpatients should also bring the dialysis contact form issued by the ward doctor. Outpatients should take bandages and antihypertensive drugs according to their needs. Those who are prone to hypoglycemia should also take candy, biscuits and other foods. Patients who are intubated should take Budobang ointment. One day before each dialysis, you should take a bath and change comfortable, clean and loose clothes and pants. If there is any increase or decrease in clothes, you must accurately weigh the weight of the increased or decreased clothes so that the doctor can set the correct amount of water for you.
In dialysis
At the beginning of dialysis, short-term dialysis was used for many times and gradually transited. In principle, the first time is 2 hours, the second time is 3 hours, and then gradually increases to 4 hours. For patients undergoing initial dialysis, the blood flow will be slowly increased to gradually adapt and reduce the comprehensive response. After 1-2 weeks of induction, the patient can enter regular dialysis (3 times a week is appropriate).
In case of nausea, vomiting, dizziness or headache, cramp, chest tightness, chest pain, cold sweat, skin itching, abdominal pain, back pain and other discomfort reactions during the treatment, the medical staff should be informed in time to deal with them as soon as possible.
Every Monday or Tuesday is the day of concentrated erythropoietin injection in the hemodialysis room, and at the beginning of each month is the week of concentrated urokinase sealing in the hemodialysis room. Ask the patient to bring the drug to the hemodialysis room.
Patients should try not to drink or eat during dialysis because:
(1) Eating or drinking water can easily cause food or water to enter the trachea and cause choking and suffocation.
(2) Fruit stones and bones contained in food may damage patients.
(3) When eating, the body position rotates and the body activity is large, which may pull the dialysis pipeline, causing the needle or pipeline to fall off, causing hematoma and massive blood loss.
(4) The most important thing is that the blood in the circulatory system will concentrate in the digestive system when eating, leading to insufficient blood perfusion in the brain and other important organs, resulting in dizziness, palpitation and hypotension. Therefore, it is best to eat water before or after penetration. If there is drinking water, it is better to use a measuring cup to calculate the amount of drinking water during dialysis, so as to better calculate the actual water removal after dialysis.
After dialysis
Wake up slowly after dialysis to prevent orthostatic hypotension. Measure blood pressure and weight and inform the doctor. It should be noted that the clothes for weighing after dialysis must be the same as before. The patients with internal fistula should relax the compression bandage according to their own conditions. If there is blood leakage on the way, they should immediately press the puncture point and O.5-1cm near the cardiac end, so as not to bleed and can feel the vascular tremor. Keep the puncture point dry within 24 hours. After the puncture point is healed, you can also apply some drugs to soften blood vessels and scars around the internal fistula. You should bring your own scale at home to keep track of your weight changes.
