What should a man do if he has too little sperm? Will too little sperm cause infertility during ejaculation
The symptoms of oligospermia are generally that the number of sperm in semen is lower than normal, and male fertility is generally divided into idiopathic oligospermia, primary oligospermia and secondary oligospermia. So what about men with too little semen? Let's introduce to you what to do if men have too little semen?
1、 Too little sperm doesn't mean too little sperm
Normal men excrete 2~6 ml of semen every time they ejaculate. When the amount of semen is less than 2 ml, it can be confirmed that there is too little semen. However, it should be noted that less semen does not mean less sperm.
When there is too little semen, the alkaline secretion of semen is not enough to dilute the acidic secretion in the vagina, thus affecting sperm vitality. Too little semen also affects sperm entering the uterus, leading to male infertility.
The main reasons for causing too little semen are as follows: sexual intercourse is too frequent, which leads to insufficient storage of semen and leads to too little semen; Long-term mental stress and various stress stimuli; Various systemic chronic consumptive diseases, such as tuberculosis and malnutrition; Local diseases of the reproductive system, such as prostatitis and seminal vesiculitis.
Physiological semen deficiency often does not need treatment, as long as the interval between roommates is extended; Nervous people need rest; Those who are caused by inflammation should stop sleeping together, apply Chinese and western medicine treatment, and pay attention to supplement nutrition, exercise, and improve the body's resistance.
2、 Factors affecting semen quality
1. Food packaging and cosmetics
A press release released by the German Research Association said that the decrease in the number of male sperm worldwide in the past few decades may be related to a chemical called phthalate.
Phthalates are a kind of chemicals that can play a softening role. It is widely used in hundreds of products such as toys, food packaging, vinyl flooring, wallpaper, cleaner, lubricant, nail polish, hair spray, soap and shampoo.
Studies have shown that phthalates can interfere with the endocrine, reduce the number of male sperm, exercise ability, abnormal morphology, and even lead to testicular cancer, which is the "culprit" of male reproductive problems.
Among cosmetics, nail polish has the highest phthalate content. It will enter the body through the female respiratory system and skin, and endanger the reproductive system of the male babies they will have in the future.
