What is the treatment principle of pubic lice? Which people are most common with pubic lice disease
Pediculosis is a kind of itchy skin disease caused by lice parasitic on human skin. The reaction to tick bites varies from person to person. After repeated bites, there will be sensitive reactions, such as itching and rash. Some people will not react after repeated bites. The first bite has no reaction. The treatment principle is to kill insects and eggs. It is better to shave off the hair of head lice and pubic lice first. The commonly used drugs are 50% baibu tincture (Chinese medicine baibu tincture is immersed in dilute alcohol or Baijiu, filtered for use after 24 hours), 20% benzyl benzoate emulsion, etc. The reaction to lice bites is generally different from person to person. The first bite does not produce reaction, and after repeated bites, there is a sensitive reaction, pruritus, rash, or after repeated bites, there is no reaction. They can be divided into three types according to their morphology, habits and parasitic sites.
1. The head lice are mostly seen in women and children with poor hygiene, especially in the hair area behind the pillow and behind the ear. The eggs and head lice can be seen. The activities of the lice cause localized itching at the bite site, and there are scratches, blood scabs, papules, folliculitis, and even secondary infections, such as boils and abscesses, accompanied by local lymph node swelling, and in severe cases, dandruff, blood scabs, and serous, which can cause hair adhesion and clumping.
2. Body lice Body lice and lice eggs are mostly found in the seams of clothes and the folds of bedding. After being bitten by lice, they are itchy. They can have erythema, papules, or wheezes, as well as multiple secondary damages, such as linear scratches, blood scabs, secondary infections, long-term skin lichen changes, pigmentation, poor rest and low work efficiency.
3. The body of pubic lice is small and flat. When sucking the skin, the head is pierced into the skin, and the feet are attached to the skin or hair shaft, showing small yellow or gray spots. The lice eggs are attached to the hair shaft. Severe itching after bites may cause scratches, blood scabs, folliculitis and secondary eczema-like changes. Occasionally, it can invade armpits, eyebrows and eyelashes. Because of sexual infection, couples often suffer from the same disease.
If there is localized skin itching on the head, pudenda or near the seam, and there are scratches, blood scabs, papules, urticaria, folliculitis and pigmentation, lice disease should be considered first. If lice and lice eggs are found, the diagnosis can be made.
