What is the reason for the bifurcation of male micturition weakness? Bifurcation or prostate problems
It is believed that many male friends have encountered differences in urination, but this is normal in most cases. This is not the case. Divergent urination may be caused by pathological changes in the body. What are the specific reasons for male differences in urination?
1. Occasionally urinate and bifurcate
Occasional bifurcations of the urinary line are mostly caused by adhesion of the urethral orifice. After flushing with urine, they can return to normal, not a disease.
① Some professions, such as drivers, computer workers, salesmen, etc., often fail to go to the toilet when they are busy, which is easy to cause the urine line to bifurcate.
② Bifurcation of urination can also occur in the first urination after male ejaculation, because part of the semen remains in the urethra, and the cavernous body congestion has not completely disappeared, resulting in poor urine flow.
③ After drinking a lot of alcohol, the prostate is congested, the urination is not smooth, and the urine flow bifurcates.
④ Some male friends usually have bifurcations when they urinate after waking up in the morning. This is also normal. This is because after a whole night's sleep, a large amount of urine is accumulated in the bladder, resulting in high pressure in the bladder, strong strength when urinating, and temporary changes in the shape of the urethral orifice.
The above conditions are all temporary changes in urination, not pathological, and need not be doubted.
2. Long-term urination divergence
Long-term differences in urination are likely to be related to diseases such as urethritis and prostatitis. The etiology usually includes bacteria, chlamydia, mycoplasma, trichomonas, mold, etc. Under the invasion of pathogenic microorganism, the affected tissues and organs become inflamed, the exudates of urethral mucosa and prostatic secretion increase, and the secretion contains viscous protein. After the secretion flows into the outer urethral orifice, the water evaporates, the viscous protein closes the outer urethral orifice, and the urethral bifurcation also appears.
① Long-term urination bifurcations are mostly posterior urethral or urethral orifice stricture or spots formed after chronic inflammation, and urine cannot be discharged smoothly. It is common for patients with chronic urethritis (most gonococcal).
② During acute urethritis and prostatitis, due to hyperemia, swelling and increased secretion of the urethra, the smoothness of urine will also be affected and bifurcation will occur.
③ Bifurcation of urination is a symptom of chronic prostatitis. Prostate disease has symptoms such as abnormal urination, waiting for urination, bifurcation of urination, swelling of lower abdomen, perineum, and white urethral orifice. Patients can come to the hospital for special prostate fluid routine and prostate ultrasound examination, and judge whether there is prostatitis through the doctor's anal diagnosis.
