Cooking with excessive menstruation
1. Emotional adjustment: Maintain a comfortable mood, avoid depression, damage to the liver and spleen, excessive emotions, turn five emotions into fire, and interfere with conflicts to become menstrual diseases.
2. Suitable for cold and warm: According to changes in the climate and environment, clothing should be appropriately increased or decreased, not too cold or too cold, to avoid external pathogens, damage to blood gas, and affect normal menstruation.

4.
