What is the cause of ectopic pregnancy? One ectopic pregnancy is equivalent to several miscarriages
Extrauterine pregnancy belongs to the abnormal pregnancy of women. Basically, extrauterine pregnancy occurs, and it is difficult to preserve the fetus. Therefore, modern people should avoid ectopic pregnancy first. So how did this happen? What causes ectopic pregnancy?
What causes ectopic pregnancy
1. Tubal inflammation: It can be divided into tubal mucositis and inflammation around the fallopian tube, both of which are common causes of tubal pregnancy. If the tubal mucositis is serious, it will also cause the lumen to be completely blocked, which will cause the patient to be unable to conceive. The pathological changes around the fallopian tube mainly occur in the serous layer or the seromuscular layer of the fallopian tube, which often leads to the adhesion around the fallopian tube of the patient, the distortion of the fallopian tube, the narrowing of the lumen, and the weakening of the muscle vitality of the tube wall, which will affect the transportation of the fertilized egg.
2. History of tubal pregnancy: If you have had ectopic pregnancy before, although the operation is cured, there is still a chance of recurrence.
3. IUD placement: In fact, the use of IUD will not increase the possibility of ectopic pregnancy, but if the use of IUD leads to contraceptive failure, ectopic pregnancy will be very large.
4. Dysplasia or abnormal function of fallopian tube: if the fallopian tube is poorly developed, it indicates that the fallopian tube is too long, the muscular layer is poorly developed, and the mucosal cilia are reduced. The function of the fallopian tube can be regulated by estrogen and progesterone. If improperly adjusted, it will affect the activity of the fertilized egg.
5. Fertilized egg migration: After the egg is fertilized in one side of the fallopian tube, the fertilized egg will enter the other side of the fallopian tube through the uterine cavity or abdominal cavity, which is called fertilized egg migration. If the moving time is too long, the development of the fertilized egg will become larger, and the implantation will be carried out in the other side of the fallopian tube, leading to the emergence of ectopic pregnancy.
6. Cause of disease: If there is a tumor around the fallopian tube, such as uterine tumor or ovarian tumor, it will affect whether the fallopian tube cavity is smooth and hinder the fertilized egg. Endometriosis will increase the possibility of implantation of fertilized eggs into the fallopian tube.

Extrauterine pregnancy and abortion are incomparable because they have different locations, clinical symptoms and prognosis. However, ectopic pregnancy is relatively harmful to the body. If you find menopause or lower abdominal pain and irregular vaginal bleeding, you should seek medical attention in time.
