Pearl rash is common at the edge of the male glans. It is a grain-size papule with the same skin color and evenly arranged, without inflammatory reaction or conscious discomfort. It is pearl rash.
Symptoms of pearl rash:
Pearl-like papule is a variation of physiological development, neither a tumor nor a venereal disease. The clinical manifestation is white, skin color or light red papules, which are not fused with each other, and are arranged in one or several rows along the coronal groove of the posterior edge of the glans. This disease will not cause any adverse consequences, and generally does not require treatment. It is clinically believed to be related to excessive prepuce and chronic inflammatory stimulation. Clinical diagnosis mainly depends on the location and shape of the rash. However, it must be differentiated from sebatosis and miliary papule. It is recommended that you make a definite diagnosis in our hospital and carry out targeted treatment after diagnosis.
The main manifestations of typical condyloma acuminatum: the vegetations or warts found in the external genitals of the vulva, around the anus, perineum and vagina should be suspected as condyloma acuminatum. The warts are single or multiple small papules, papillary, cauliflower or chicken coronal flowers, with rough surface, stems or fusion pieces at the root, and atypical skin damage, which must be combined with acetic acid white test. Soak 5% glacial acetic acid solution with gauze or cotton swab (that is, take white vinegar), close to the affected part, and observe after 2~5 minutes: if it is condyloma acuminatum, the part turns white, which is a positive reaction, the pseudocondyloma is a negative reaction, that is, it does not change color. If there is local inflammation, false positive reaction can be made, and pathological examination can be made if necessary.
Harm of pearl rash
Pearl rash is a physiological symptom, which will not cause any harm to the patient's health, nor is it transmissible and infectious. Generally speaking, this disease is self-limiting and does not require any treatment. It will disappear after a period of time. Patients need not be too nervous. This disease usually occurs after puberty, mainly between the ages of 20 and 40. It has been investigated that about 10% of normal people have this disease on the penis to some extent. The dorsal side of the coronal groove is more obvious than the two sides. There are pearly, white, yellow or red translucent papules with the size of about 0.5~1mm, which are arranged in one or several rows along the coronal groove. The papules are not fused, sometimes surrounding the whole coronary groove, and occasionally distributed on the glans and frenulum. Hard quality, no tenderness, no rupture.
How to remove pearl rash?
Pearl rash can generally be eliminated without any treatment. This disease is a normal physiological variation, not a disease, but generally self-limiting. Therefore, patients need not worry too much. If the patient needs physical therapy.
