Causes of external genital itching

2. Pudendal lice disease: Pudendal lice often adhere to the surface of the skin or the root of pubic hair, and their eggs are gray white and needle sized. Mite bites, their venom, and excreta can cause itching and peeling of the skin, leading to eczema like changes and folliculitis.
3. Octopus infection: It mainly affects young girls and can also infect adult women. At night, when the anus is loose, octopuses swim from the rectum to the vulva to mate and lay eggs, stimulating the skin and mucosa of the vulva, causing local itching.
