4. Gonorrhea balanoposthitis. Clinical symptoms begin with localized burning, itching, slight pain, foreskin edema, and internal lobe erosion. Testicular swelling with hard nodules on the surface, radiating pain, and an increase in body temperature to around 39 degrees Celsius during the acute phase.

1. Gonococcal ophthalmopathy
The adult type often spreads pathogens when the patient rubs their fingers against the eyes, while the child type is more likely to be transmitted by the hands of gonorrhea parents or nannies to the child. The infant type is more likely to be infected during childbirth. The clinical manifestation is congestion and swelling of the conjunctiva, with a large amount of yellow purulent secretions leaking or seeping out from the eyelids. If not treated in a timely manner, the cornea can lose its luster and even ulcerate. Children often experience corneal perforation and total ophthalmitis, leading to blindness.
2. Gonococcal pharyngitis
The cause of the disease is mostly due to oral sexual behavior, which can also be transmitted to others through kissing. Pharyngeal pain, burning heat, difficulty swallowing, congestion of the pharyngeal mucosa, redness and swelling of the tonsils, and visible purulent secretions adhering to the pharyngeal wall.
