Method:

3. Tea Mushroom and Chestnut Chicken
Ingredients: tea mushrooms, chestnuts, half of chicken, onions, ginger, anise, green pepper, salt, soy sauce, old soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar less.
Method:
1. Soak the dried tea mushrooms in advance, treat the roots and impurities, and clean them for later use. Thorn chestnuts with high heat in the microwave for 2 to 3 minutes, peel and set aside. Wash chicken chunks and set aside. Cut scallions into small pieces and slice ginger.
