1: Testitis
There are acute testitis and chronic testitis. Acute epididymitis is characterized by acute onset, sudden enlargement of dizziness, tenderness, obvious chills, fever, headache, nausea and vomiting, often involving the spermatic cord and thickening the spermatic cord. If the spermatic cord is involved, it is called epididymitis, which must be distinguished from testicular torsion and testicular tumor. Chronic epididymitis is mostly the sequelae of acute epididymitis or chronic infection at the time of onset. Most of them are testicular tail, with a slightly hard nodule, slight tenderness, and no systemic symptoms when tired. The testicular nodule should be differentiated from testicular tuberculosis, testicular tumor sperm cyst, sperm granuloma, etc.
2: spermary siltation
In a few cases, the scrotum was slightly swollen after ligation. Both sides can be touched, dizzy, swollen and soft, without obvious tenderness. The pathogenesis may be the disturbance of testicular blood supply after operation, which affects the absorption function of orchitis and sperm granuloma.
3: Semen cyst
Semen cyst is a cyst caused by semen retention. It may be round, smooth, elastic, and painless in or near the epididymis. When puncturing the tumor, it can absorb milky white liquid. Sperm can be seen under the microscope.
4: Tuberculosis of epididymis
Epididymal tuberculosis is mostly secondary to renal or prostatic seminal vesicle tuberculosis, presenting a chronic course. In the early stage, cold abscess or adhesion with scrotal skin may be formed, and sometimes thin tubes may be formed. A few cases may present acute course similar to acute epididymitis. Almost half of the patients have symptoms of renal tuberculosis such as frequent urination and hematuria.
If any of the above diseases occur, it is necessary to actively find out the causes in order not to threaten the health of men. In addition, we must actively prevent the above pathological changes in the epididymis in our daily life, not only to avoid some inflammation, but also to avoid trauma.
