Prostatitis, especially chronic prostatitis, has become a difficult disease due to its complex and variable symptoms, no specificity, difficult to cure, and even prolonged course of disease. To sum up, in addition to the past history of urethritis, urinary tract obstruction and urinary tract infection, there are mainly the following five groups of symptoms.

(3) Reproductive system symptoms: decreased libido, impotence, premature ejaculation, pain in ejaculation, sexual dysfunction such as blood sperm and spermatorrhea, poor semen liquefaction, low sperm vitality, decreased viability, abnormal sperm increase, semen coagulation, etc.
(4) Symptoms of mental depression: mental depression, sadness, irritability, insomnia, dreaminess, forgetfulness, etc., even anxiety, fear, anger, inferiority complex, serious cases have suicidal tendencies. Symptoms may be aggravated or alleviated by the influence of medical sources.
(5) Other symptoms: mainly include fatigue, weakness of the waist and knees, dizziness and tinnitus, constipation or loose stool.
Prostatitis complications:
(1) Chronic seminal vesiculitis is the most common complication of chronic prostatitis. In the course of chronic disease, both exist at the same time and influence each other. Over time, it can obviously lead to male sexual dysfunction.
(2) Impotence: It is a common complication of chronic prostatitis.
(3) Sterility: Chronic prostatitis is an important cause of infertility.
(4) Posturethritis: Chronic prostatitis is often associated with post-urethritis, especially prostatitis caused by urinary system infection. Clinically, the first symptom of chronic prostatitis is often urinary tract irritation.
(5) Epididymitis: prostatitis and seminal vesiculitis coexist, which can invade the epididymis and cause chronic epididymitis.
(6) Various cystitis: At present, chronic inflammation of the prostate spreads to the bladder, and the symptoms of urinary tract irritation are obvious, which is caused by various cystitis.
