What are the specific manifestations of pubic lice disease? How to actively treat pubic lice disease
Pudendal louse disease is an infectious parasitic disease caused by the bite of pubic louse on human pubic hair and body hair around anus, which causes itching. Pubic lice disease has been classified as sexually transmitted diseases.
1、 Etiology
Trichomonal vaginitis is the most common vaginitis. The antigen body is Trichomonas vaginalis, which is easy to breed in a low acid environment.
2、 Route of infection
It is mainly transmitted through public baths, bathing sets, swimming pools, urinals, sexual intercourse and medical instruments that are not thoroughly disinfected.
3、 Clinical manifestations
The main symptom is the increase of leucorrhea, and the secretion can stimulate the vulva skin and cause itching. A few can invade the urethra and bladder, and have symptoms such as frequent urination, urgency, pain in urination, and even hematuria. Trichomonas can swallow sperm, and vaginal secretions can hinder the survival of spermatozoa, thus sometimes causing infertility. A few patients have trichomonas infection in the vagina without inflammatory reaction, which can be asymptomatic, and are called "carriers".
Gynecological examination can find that there are many yellow green or grayish yellow secretions with foam in the vagina, the vaginal mucosa is congested, and bleeding points may appear in severe cases.
4、 Diagnostics
It is not difficult. Add a drop of normal saline on the slide, mix it with a little secretion, and then conduct microscopic examination. If trichomonas can be found in wave motion, the diagnosis can be made. When the room humidity is too low, the activity of trichomonas will also be reduced. The saline can be slightly warmed and then checked. If necessary, culture can improve the positive detection rate.
5、 Prevention
Trichomonal vaginitis is easy to spread and relapse after treatment, so we must pay attention to prevention.
(1) Strengthen health education and pay attention to personal hygiene.
(2) Public bathrooms should be equipped with showers, bathtubs, bath stickers, etc. for disinfection. The squatting type is suitable for public toilets. The swimming pool shall be strictly managed, and those with trichomonas must be treated before entering the pool.
(3) The patient's family members should also be examined, and those found to have trichomonas should be treated.
(4) Gynecological examination equipment should be strictly disinfected to avoid cross infection.
6、 Treatment
(1) For the first treatment of local medication, scrub the vagina with soap solution, and then use 0.5%~1% lactic acid or acetic acid to rinse the vagina before using the drug, which can improve the high efficacy. If there is no such condition, you can take a sitz bath with light vinegar (half a basin of warm water and 2 tablespoons of boiled vinegar). The commonly used medicine is metronidazole 200-400mg, which is placed in the deep part of the vagina every night for 7 to 10 consecutive days as a course of treatment. You can also use 15g of Cortex Kudong, Sophora flavescens, Cortex toona, Fructus cnidii, Atractylodes atractylodes, and Cortex phellodendri, one dose per day, and decoct them with water for a sitz bath.
