What are the principles for the treatment of genital herpes? How to treat genital herpes with traditional Chinese and western medicine
Genital herpes is one of the common infectious diseases in China. Caused by herpes simplex virus (HSV) infection. The clinical feature is that the affected part of the vulva first has a burning sensation, and then there are papules, which can form one or more clusters, and then form blisters. After a few days, it will develop into pustules, form erosion or shallow ulcer after rupture, and feel pain. Finally, it will scab and heal itself. The course of disease is about 2 to 3 weeks. Women are mostly seen in labia, clitoris, vulva, cervix and other parts. It is often accompanied by systemic symptoms such as general discomfort, low fever, headache, and swelling of local lymph nodes.
There are four principles for treating genital herpes:
1. Reduce symptoms, promote the healing of skin lesions, shorten the time of detoxification, reduce infectivity and shorten the course of disease.
2. Prevention of complications; Prevent or reduce recurrence; No drug treatment is required for asymptomatic or subclinical genital herpes.
The treatment of symptomatic patients includes systemic treatment and local treatment.
4. When pregnant women are infected with herpes, the chance of fetal malformation will not increase; However, during natural production, herpes virus may invade the fetus. Some fetuses may suffer brain damage due to the invasion of the central nervous system, resulting in neurological disorders, and some newborns may even die. Therefore, when women are giving birth, if herpes is occurring or has just finished, it is better to use cesarean section to avoid irreparable damage caused by herpes virus infection when the baby passes through the birth canal.
The treatment of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine is effective
Genital herpes often relapses after treatment, which not only increases the difficulty of treatment, but also causes considerable psychological burden to patients. The combination of genital herpes can effectively reduce the recurrence of disease, effectively control disease, and then make patients recover.
The treatment method of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine is adopted. First, the patients with genital herpes at the perineum and other places are locally injected into the different diseased areas of each patient. 5-2ml of polymyosin injection is injected into the buttocks of patients with herpes at the cervix, coronary groove and other places. Inject once every two days for three consecutive times.
From the seventh day, the patient took one polio vaccine sugar pill every day for four consecutive days. At the same time, take 1 dose of Gentian Xiegan Decoction plus reduced decoction every day for 10 consecutive days as a course of treatment. Patients with herpes ulcer should also use calamine lotion externally. If herpes is flushed or itchy after drug withdrawal, 2ml of polymyocyte injection can be injected into the buttocks once a day for three consecutive days, and one dose of Gentian Xiegan Decoction can be taken every day. Among them, Juji Injection can inhibit virus reproduction, polio vaccine can promote immune function, and Longdan Xiegan Decoction can promote antibody resistance to virus.
