The spread of reproductive infectious diseases is closely related to an individual's lifestyle to a large extent. Therefore, in order to effectively prevent reproductive infectious diseases, it is necessary to establish a correct life philosophy, start from daily life, and effectively control possible pathways of disease transmission. However, due to the lack of basic knowledge about reproductive infections among some people, they mistakenly believe that drugs for treating reproductive infections can be used to prevent them. Therefore, they often engage in unclean sexual behavior after using such drugs. In fact, this approach is very dangerous. This is because drugs used to treat reproductive infections cannot prevent diseases. In addition, men who engage in frequent sexual activity also need to learn more about the basic knowledge, prevention methods, and treatment methods of various reproductive infections. Only in this way can men better maintain their own health.
Overconfidence and excessive fear
Many people often exhibit these characteristics during the treatment of reproductive infectious diseases. For example, with poor psychological endurance, one is prone to mental stress, and often attributes their normal physiological reactions or mild discomfort to an unclean sexual activity or a previous reproductive infection. Even if their health has been confirmed after examination and testing, they still hold a skeptical attitude and hope to receive medical treatment. The fear of reproductive infections has made them "helpless", often repeatedly verifying their health through tests, but still feeling uneasy. In fact, various reproductive infectious diseases have different rates of sexual transmission, and not every unclean sexual behavior leads to the occurrence of reproductive infections. Scientific research shows that in a one-time activity contact, the probability of gonorrhea transmission is about 50%, the probability of chlamydia infection is about 20%, the probability of chancre infection is about 80%, and the probability of AIDS infection is only 0.1%. Due to the different characteristics of the urinary and reproductive tracts between men and women, there are also certain differences in the probability of sexual transmission of reproductive infections between men and women. Taking gonorrhea as an example, the probability of transmission from men with this disease to healthy women is 60%, while the probability of transmission from female patients to healthy men is 30%. It can be seen that the probability of sexual transmission of reproductive infections cannot be generalized.
