What are the complications of phimosis surgery? Who is not suitable for phimosis surgery
Circumcision refers to the operation of removing the redundant prepuce of the penis and exposing the penis head. The whole process of circumcision lasts about 30 minutes. It is a small operation with low risk and generally does not require hospitalization. Surgical treatment of phimosis is also an effective method to prevent its complications. The most commonly used circumcision is the single circumcision of the inner and outer plates of the foreskin, followed by the separate circumcision of the inner and outer plates. At the same time, the length of prepuce removed by circumcision is generally 0.5 to 0.8 cm from the circumcision to the coronal groove of the penis.
Applicable and contraindicated population of phimosis circumcision:

A. The foreskin is too long, the foreskin mouth is small, and can be turned over, but it is easy to embed the phimosis.
B. The person whose foreskin is too long is liable to cause repeated penis inflammation.
C. Benign tumor of prepuce.
② Taboo population:

Postoperative risks and complications
1. Infection: the inflammation of prepuce and penis can not be effectively controlled before operation, the operation is rough or sterile during operation, and the urine after operation may pollute the wound. Get medical attention immediately after infection.
2. Bleeding and hematoma: bleeding and hematoma can be caused if the bleeding is not completely stopped during the operation or the ligation line is loose after the operation. If the hematoma is small, stay in bed for a few days and cool down for 2 to 3 days according to the doctor's instructions, but if the hematoma is large, you should see a doctor immediately.
3. Edema of prepuce frenulum: The skin of prepuce frenulum is too much or too tight. Standing or walking too long on the day after operation may cause edema. In this case, you should seek medical attention immediately.
How to avoid the above symptoms?
1. Exercise or sexual stimulation should be avoided as much as possible within 3 months after operation, and appropriate sedatives can also be taken to prevent penis erection from slowing down wound healing or causing bleeding.
2. Wash the perineum in time, and wash it in time after urinating to prevent local infection of urine stains.
3。 Don't hold your urine, so as to prevent the repeated erection of penis from affecting the wound healing.
Generally, the suture can be removed in the hospital within 7-10 days after the operation, and can be recovered in about 20 days. However, the specific recovery time also depends on everyone's situation.
