What are the common clinical symptoms of the urinary system? Common diseases of male urinary system
Most male urinary system diseases are urinary system infections, including orchitis, urethritis and cystitis, prepuce balanitis and prostatitis. Experts pointed out that any urinary system infection disease should be treated in time to avoid aggravating the disease and causing other complications. Experts also suggested that the treatment of urinary diseases should follow the treatment principles of urinary diseases. Below are the symptoms of common diseases of urinary system diseases.
1、 Orchitis
Testitis is quite rare, and its transmission routes include blood, lymph and direct spread. Any infected blood will cause acute inflammation of the testis. Among them, epidemic mumps orchitis is the most common. It is caused by downward infection, and the mumps virus is discharged from the patient's urine. About 20% of the patients suffering from parotitis after puberty are accompanied by orchitis, of which about 1/4 is bilateral orchitis. The main symptoms of orchitis are testicular swelling, pain, fever and cold. When men suffer from acute orchitis, they may have difficulties in sexual intercourse, because the blood vessel congestion caused by excitement may cause inflammatory testicular pain, and the pressure generated during sexual intercourse, as well as the rotation and elevation of testicles, may also cause pain.
2、 Urethritis and cystitis
Almost all kinds of infection sources can cause lower urinary tract infection, but bacterial infection is the most common. Urethritis is usually divided into gonococcal and non-gonococcal. During routine examination and bacterial culture, about 90% of non-gonococcal urethritis were found without pathogenic bacteria, so this infection was called "non-specific urethritis". By using specific methods, the mycoplasma trachomatis can be isolated from 42% of male non-gonococcal urethra. In addition, trichomonas and candida are also common pathogens of non-gonococcal urethritis.
Typical urethritis often has difficulty in urinating (pain or burning sensation during urination), frequent urination, and acute urination. Gonococcal urethritis is usually not gonococcal urethritis, but cannot be excreted during urination. If you have cystitis (often accompanied by urethritis), it will show significant pubic pain and pain.
3、 Prepuce balanitis
Many patients have erythema or small papules on the glans of the penis and suspect that they are suffering from sexually transmitted diseases. When I went to see a doctor, I knew it was foreskin balanitis (penile foreskin inflammation). In fact, foreskin balanitis is a common disease. The prepuce balanitis is also divided into prepuce balanitis and balanitis. It is called penis prepuce balanitis because it often occurs at the same time. This kind of inflammation can be infectious and non-infective, and infectious prepuce balanitis is more common in clinic. Infectious sex is often caused by infection with Candida albicans, trichomonas, chlamydia, mycoplasma, gonococcus or other bacteria due to unclean sex; Non-infective factors are mostly due to the long and insufficient cleaning of the foreskin, and the dirty matter between the foreskin and the glans, namely the foreskin scale, will accumulate and stimulate the inflammation of the local foreskin and mucous membrane.
