Chronic prostatitis is not always caused by bacterial invasion. Many patients have no pathogenic bacteria in the lesions. It is called "aseptic prostatitis", also known as chronic prostatic congestion or prostatic effusion. Its etiology has not been fully determined.
So what are the characteristics of aseptic prostatitis?
1. In addition to the pain of prostate, pain and discomfort of perineum, scrotum, groin area and lower waist, white secretion is discharged from the urethral orifice during defecation or after urination, that is, the prostatic discharge is more obvious.
2. The patient has urinary tract symptoms such as frequent urination, urgency of urination and urethral burning.
3. Some patients may have sexual dysfunction and neurasthenia, and those with a long course of disease often have sexual dysfunction.
4. The patient has dull pain in the back and has different degrees of oppression in the back, which has nothing to do with the body position. The sexual impulse will increase, but the prostate massage will reduce. The swelling pain of perineum, external genitalia and anus sometimes extends to the groin and suprapubic region, scrotum root, lower dorsosacral region and medial femoral region, and has a feeling of falling and swelling or acid sickness, especially when sexual excitement is not accompanied by ejaculation.
5. With the above symptoms, the rectal digital examination found that the prostate was slightly swollen, plump, soft, and even discharged prostate fluid after massage. The fluid was thinner and more abundant. There were no bacteria and other pathogenic microorganisms in the urine and prostate fluid routine and culture for many times, but there were more white blood cells in the prostate.
