About 10% of adult males in China suffer from impotence, and the incidence of impotence increases with age. After the age of 50, many men will be impotent, and the incidence of impotence will reach the peak when they are 65 to 70 years old. Andrology experts said that the reason why impotence is so high has a lot to do with daily bad habits. The following three bad habits make impotent men very injured.
1. Health products
It is one of the characteristics of Chinese ED to use health care products rather than regular drugs. According to a survey, 86.7% of people believe that "treatment cannot restore normal sexual function"; Many people believe that the effect of taking health care products is more obvious. In fact, many so-called "health care products" in the market have added western medicine ingredients in violation of regulations, but the dose is very unstable, sometimes very large, sometimes very small, and long-term use will have a very adverse impact on men's health.
2. Bad diet and living habits
The reason why ED is eaten is that ED is closely related to diabetes and hyperlipidemia. Chinese people are fastidious in eating and popular in tonics, which provide conditions for diabetes and hyperlipidemia. Then ED came. How does diabetes and hyperlipidemia cause ED?
It is because these two diseases both damage the body's arteries and make them harden and narrow. When the arteries of male sexual organs also become sclerotic and narrow, it can make the blood flow of male sexual organs insufficient when erecting, even like the phenomenon of "cut-off" in the river, and the male sexual organs will not be able to erect due to the "depletion" of blood flow.
Bad living habits also have a certain relationship with ED. For example, long-term irregular life, alcohol abuse, smoking, staying up late, etc. will interfere with sexual activities. Because sexual activity is based on a healthy and energetic body, and tired body and haggard mental state often suppress desire. Over time, male function will decline, and ED will come quietly.
3. Don't go to the hospital
It is understood that the medical treatment rate of ED patients in China is less than 10%, and every ED male has to wait for 22 months on average to see a doctor, which is significantly higher than that of 6 months abroad.
Influenced by China's traditional morality and culture, many people do not consider ED as a disease, but regard it as a natural aging phenomenon and ignore it. Moreover, it has many elements of personal privacy, which even affects people's active medical treatment.
In fact, more than 90% of male ED can be cured. More than 80% of the outpatients in the andrology department have recovered and basically recovered. Only about 15% of the patients could not be cured and the treatment effect was not obvious.
