Sexual Health
There are four reasons for the yellowing of men's semen during sexual intercourse. These are the prevention and conditioning measures
Male semen abnormalities include milky white or yellow-green color of semen, and long-term yellowing of semen, which may be purulent infection of prostate and seminal vesicle. In fact, semen consists of sperm and seminal plasma. Sperm volume only accounts for a small part, and more than 90% is seminal plasma.
Why is sperm yellow?
1. Abstinence time is too long
If a man has not had sex for too long and has not ejaculated, the concentration of his semen will be higher, and the color of his semen will also be yellow. You don't need to worry at all. When you resume normal sexual life, the semen color will naturally return to normal milky white.
2. Reproductive infection
When a man has prostatitis and seminal vesiculitis, it will also cause the phenomenon of sperm yellowing. If the prostate and seminal vesicles are inflamed, bacteria will stimulate the semen in the semen, which will reduce the quality of semen, and also cause sperm yellowing. You need to see a doctor in time.
3. High sperm deformity rate
Don't be frightened by the "deformity". Basically, every man ejaculates every time, there are always some malformed guys with dysplasia in the tens of thousands of sperm. As long as the rate is not high, they will not affect normal pregnancy. Generally speaking, if the abnormal sperm in the semen exceeds 20%, it can also make the semen yellow. At this time, it is necessary to test the sperm deformity rate in time and take the right medicine.
4. Sperm agglutination
What is sperm agglutination? Due to the presence of sperm antibodies, the sperm agglutinates itself and makes the seminal vesicles non-liquefied. This will also lead to yellowing of sperm.
How to prevent yellowing of semen?
1. The examination of seminal tract and massage of prostate and seminal vesicle are contraindicated in acute stage.
2. Abstinence. Avoid sexual impulse, temporarily interrupt sexual life, especially unclean sexual intercourse.
3. Pay attention to genital hygiene, and circumcision should be performed for those with excessive foreskin.
4. In the chronic stage, hot water sitz bath (not suitable for those who have not given birth) or Chinese medicine sitz bath can be used.
5. Light diet, avoid spicy and stimulating products of tobacco and alcohol.
6. Pay attention to the combination of work and rest, avoid sitting for a long time, avoid riding bicycles and horses, and reduce the pressure on the perineum.
How to do if the semen turns yellow?
1. Eat more calcium-containing foods: such as milk, sweet almonds, Undaria pinnatifida, sunfish, coriander, mushrooms, mustard, rib soup, bean products, raisins, seaweed, shrimp skin, kelp, goldenrod, etc.
2. Fructose supplementation: sperm activity is related to the amount of fructose contained in the seminal vesicle. If the fructose content in semen is low, it is easy to cause spermatozoosis. Fructose is particularly abundant in honey and various fruits, such as pears, apples, grapes, pineapples and sweet oranges.
3. Eat more vegetables and fruits: fruits and vegetables containing vitamin E and various trace elements have the function of resisting bacteria that destroy sperm. Adding 600 mg of vitamin E every day can improve sperm vitality.
4. Adjust living habits: work and rest reasonably and avoid staying up late. Don't smoke and drink, and eat less spicy food. It is not advisable to have sex frequently and give up the habit of masturbation. Pay attention to balanced nutrition in daily diet, mainly light.
