There are 6 cases in women that show that 4 methods of high estrogen are helpful for cooking
Female estrogen plays an important role. We should also pay attention to its balance at ordinary times. Excessive estrogen is also an abnormal phenomenon. We should know its characteristics and pay attention to timely conditioning.
Symptoms of high estrogen in women
1. Obesity: obese people with too much fat will increase the storage of estrogen, or make androgen more converted into estrogen, resulting in higher estrogen level in the body and longer action time.
2. Menstrual disorder: estrogen participates in the formation of menstrual cycle. In the follicular phase, the level of estrogen increases, which promotes the thickening of endometrium. Excessive estrogen before menstruation will affect the normal peeling of endometrium, and menstruation will not come.
3. Breast hyperplasia, breast cancer: estrogen stimulates breast hyperplasia, which is easy to induce breast cancer if the level is too high. Breast diseases are mostly caused by high estrogen levels and endocrine disorders.
4. Uterine fibroids: Uterine fibroids are estrogen-dependent tumors, which are related to the level of sex hormones. Therefore, uterine leiomyoma is prone to occur in fertile women with strong ovarian function.
5. Uterine cancer: estrogen and pregnancy hormone act together on the endometrium, and endometrial epithelial cells periodically proliferate and shed, forming menstruation. Estrogen is relatively increased, endometrial hyperplasia is abnormal, and it is easy to induce canceration.
6. Infertility: estrogen promotes the development of follicles. The high content of estrogen affects the normal development of follicles and can cause ovulation disorders and infertility.
Normal value of female estrogen
1. Follicle-promoting hormone (FSH): promote the development and maturation of ovarian follicles. Normal value: 1.5~10mIU/ml at preovulation stage, 8~20mIU/ml at ovulation stage, and 2~10mIU/ml at post-ovulation stage.
2. Promote luteinizing hormone (LH): promote ovulation and form the corpus luteum to secrete pregnancy hormone. The FSH value is lower during the treatment of female pregnancy hormone. Normal value: 2~15mIU/ml in preovulation stage, 30~100mIU/ml in ovulation stage, and 4~10mIU/ml in post-ovulation stage.
3. Prolactin (PRL): a simple protein that promotes breast hyperplasia, milk production and milk excretion. Normal value: the normal value of PRL in non-lactating blood is 0.08~0.92nmol/L. More than 1.0 nmol/L is hyperprolactinemia.
4. Estradiol (E2): promote the proliferation of endometrium and the development of secondary sexual signs. Normal value: blood E2 concentration is 48~521 nmol/L at preovulation stage, 70~1835 nmol/L at ovulation stage, 272~793 nmol/L at late ovulation stage, premature ovarian failure, Western Han syndrome.
